Frequently Asked Questions
Support hours are deducted from your block of hours whenever we provide support. Reactive support hours are deducted when your employees contact Verity IT for support. Proactive support hours are deducted when we respond to actionable alerts from our monitoring service. Hours may also be deducted for other support cases, such as, scoping a project, researching and preparing a quote for new hardware or general account management support — reviewing asset inventory or planning discussions.

Verity IT can provide support after hours or on the weekend, however, this support is considered out of scope and will invoice at the rates outlined in your Statement of Work.
